Terms of Use

Version 2026-10-28.1 · 28/10/2026

1. Provider and contact

GoAgentic is provided by Alexandre Simoes, an individual without an incorporated business or CNPJ at this time, at Rua Arujá, 72, Guarulhos/SP, postal code 07020-240, Brazil. Support and privacy contact: suporte@goagentic.pro.

These terms govern use by the customer business and its authorized users. By accepting, you confirm your capacity and authority to represent the business. The Privacy Policy explains data processing. Account acceptance does not replace the legal basis required to process end-customer data.

2. Service and limitations

GoAgentic organizes conversations, approved knowledge, automated assistance and team intervention. Calendar and proactive messaging are optional features, subject to configuration, provider availability and their release requirements. Accepting these terms does not activate these features.

Assistance for aesthetic businesses is administrative only: catalog, approved prices, business hours and consultation requests. The assistant does not provide clinical guidance, prescribe medication, give doses or promise outcomes. Common clinical questions are directed to professional consultation; risk situations are handed to the team. The service is not a medical record, medical service or emergency channel.

3. Customer business responsibilities

The business keeps its information and knowledge accurate, reviews responses and monitors handoffs. It must protect credentials, restrict team access and pause the assistant if misuse is identified. Automated responses can contain errors; commercial or clinical outcomes and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.

The business is responsible for lawful sources, notices to individuals, legal bases, authorizations and handling data rights. Unlawful content, deception, spam, discrimination, unnecessary sharing of sensitive data and automated clinical decisions are prohibited. Do not submit medical records or third-party data without necessity and a legal basis.

4. Data processing instructions

For conversations and end-customer data, the customer business is the controller and GoAgentic acts as processor under documented instructions and contracted features. The business determines purposes and legal bases, including an applicable basis under article 11 of Brazil’s LGPD for health data. GoAgentic acts as controller for account, security and its own contractual relationship management, for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Instructions cover receiving, storing, organizing, transcribing when requested, generating and verifying responses, transmitting authorized messages and performing authorized calendar operations. Human access is limited to authorized people bound by confidentiality for support, security and those instructions. Instructions inconsistent with law or service limitations must be suspended and discussed with the business.

GoAgentic uses necessary providers identified in the Privacy Policy and must require protection appropriate to their roles. The service does not authorize selling data or using conversations for GoAgentic advertising. Sharing and international transfers require applicable grounds and safeguards; the business may request information for its assessment.

5. WhatsApp, calendars and AI

The business must comply with Meta and Zernio rules. Outside the 24-hour customer-service window, sending requires an approved template; marketing requires recorded opt-in. Requests not to be contacted must be honored. Connecting an account does not authorize indiscriminate campaigns.

Google connection is optional. Permissions granted to Google may cover more calendars than the one selected in GoAgentic; the application restricts its operations to the configured calendar. The business may revoke the connection in the app or Google account. Revocation alone does not delete events already created.

AI models receive only the context necessary for the features used. There is no promise that every provider retains zero data. The business should assess configurations and contracts for the types of data it intends to process.

6. Retention, export and termination

Conversations, transcripts and operational attachments are kept for up to 180 days; original audio for up to 30 days. Business knowledge is kept while necessary for the contract. The business may request export and operational deletion; after termination and validation of the request, the deadline is up to 30 days, subject to specific legal obligations.

Minimum security, acceptance and contact-suppression records are kept separately and limited to the purpose justifying retention. Minimum opt-out data is retained as needed to prevent further contact, without retaining the full conversation. Immediate deletion from backups is not promised: copies follow the provider’s lifecycle, and deletions must be reapplied before an operational restoration.

In this pilot, receiving real data requires a functioning contact channel and implementation and validation of the retention, export and deletion procedure. Publication of these terms does not declare those requirements complete. Requests will be reviewed by a person and recorded.

7. Security, incidents and cooperation

GoAgentic uses access controls and isolation between businesses, records relevant operations and restricts credential access. No system is immune to failures. The business should promptly report suspected unauthorized access or sending.

On learning of an incident affecting data processed on behalf of a business, GoAgentic will notify the controller without undue delay and cooperate with assessment, mitigation and responses to individuals and Brazil’s ANPD. The controller remains responsible for legally required notifications. Requests for control evidence and audits must respect confidentiality and other businesses’ data.

8. Commercial terms and restrictions

Monthly plans: Essencial, R$497 with 300 conversations (assistant, knowledge, human handoff and reminders); Profissional, R$897 with 800 conversations (Essencial plus Google Calendar, follow-ups, funnel and reports); Plus, R$1,697 with 2,000 conversations (Profissional plus multiple human agents and priority support). Features depend on configuration and applicable operational requirements.

Annual plans include two free months: pay for 10 and use 12. Annual totals are R$4,970, R$8,970 and R$16,970, respectively. Overage: R$1.00 per conversation. One-time setup: R$497, including assisted configuration; a pilot waiver applies only when stated in the proposal or business configuration.

A conversation is each 24-hour window with a contact, started by the customer or the business. Messages within the same window do not start another conversation. Meta messages (templates outside the 24-hour window) are billed to the business's WhatsApp Business account; GoAgentic does not pass these charges on.

Plans, prices, limits and commercial terms must appear in a specific proposal or agreement. Exceeding a usage limit alone does not trigger automatic overage charges. Plan changes require agreement. Cancellation, refunds and liability follow the agreement and mandatory applicable rights.

Access may be restricted to contain risk, abuse or unlawful use, with notice when possible and without unduly harming export rights. Liabilities or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in force.

9. Updates and governing law

Material changes will be communicated and, when necessary, require renewed acceptance. Each acceptance identifies the document version; previous versions must remain preserved in project history.

Brazilian law and the forum competent under applicable law apply, preserving mandatory rights and the consumer’s forum when applicable. Portuguese and English versions aim to express the same conditions; any discrepancy should be clarified without reducing statutory rights.
